I run a maintenance crew and we do a little of everything. The only weird thing is I’m not sure if the battery does actually ever die? Can’t get it to so far! Also love the tool fights.

Depending on which resolution settings that you chose, its either 20 or 30 minutes before it stops. It has something to do with the video file format limit the file size, so it has to stop. I just wish it would just automatically create another files and continue recording. I also read somewhere this is to avoid certain tax or not to compete with camcorder.

Haven’t tried the Dewalt, but have owned the Milwaukee for a little over a year now and it’s an absolute work horse with exceptional build quality! I own and have owned just about every brand of tools over the years and this impact driver is about as good as it gets.

One is a slide pack, and the other is a stick on. Also make this clear 20vlt max is an 18vlt…. Other words if you where to test all batteries in the market they are all at 20.7 volt when you put a load they all drop to 18vlt.

I have used both brands on the job. At home I only buy 18 volt Dewalt as that is the brand I started with.I only want to stock one battery type. All Dewalt 18 volt batteries are interchangeable.

Dan did because he started to interpret the wrestling the wrong way, so I had to start running.

I’ve found that most times people buy what they like without regards to any actual fact based reasoning and then go to the end of the earth and back to needlessly justify their decision to everyone else. I’d be willing to bet half the people who send hate mail about their tool of choice being deemed “second fiddle” have never even used the other tool in the test. People are just strange by nature.
