Ryobi NZ’s response is extremely poor and frustrating.

Used for the first time in 2012 was just waiting for a project to come along to have the pop. to use the tool. The drive belt broke after 4 passes on a board edge. ben trying to get belt. Called your corp in SC to my surprise they gave me the brush off, told me the tool was discontinued ( that it is) , I said OK not looking for the tool to replace it JUST THE BELT. They sent me one belt from a broken one they got back, so where do I get new belts when this one breaks? I have a old model that is bran new, used 10 min. If I can not get belts Ryobi should send me a new model and I will send the old one to you. Other then that if you find Drive belts for the hol50 hand plainer let me know where to get them or send me some. I have been looking sense 12 22 2012, calling , emailing, text support, corp with no real help in locating the part. Is this Ryobis standard? Or send me a gift certificate for a new tool, I feel I been ripped off, and my wife will not let me use irt as a paper weight–she says its ugly
